Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada. She's an actress who has starred in numerous television series. VanCamp also has a great record in the world of film. Her work is a hit on Canadian and American television. At the age of Emily was twelve, she started to get interested in acting after she visited her sister Katie at the location of one of her movies. As Emily discovered her passion for acting, she took taking classes in acting and auditions. After a few successful commercials she was quickly booked in the Canadian children's horror television series Are You afraid of the Dark? In the show, she appeared only in one scene, without any dialog. The WB program Glory Days, she received her first big break at age 15. Emily's appearance on the WB show Glory Days that was cancelled after nine episodes, attracted the attention and casting of Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was also a dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors under the age of twenty. In Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.
